M A S T E R C L A S S ❤️🤲✨ Here we go again, another eight weeks of unlearning and listening. Another eight weeks of holding sacred space to just slow down and pause. Quietly curious, an unfolding, both for the mamas that I lead and lead me to sacred inner worlds to repair and hold in reverence.
It’s an invitation to come home, to come inside to hidden places and loud thoughts that sometimes explode out when it hurts or we feel lost and overwhelmed.
The intense pressure of motherhood and fatherhood wears on a marriage so we make safe space to play, ask, laugh, cry, see.
Eight weeks and for some, an additional one-on-one centered around science and play, an action plan tailored intimately to their family created over conversation and partnership. Fuel for all the days and weeks after the program, a guide of sorts to remind them of their why and how and what.
We call it a groundbreaking rework of traditional parenting programs. But that’s just really fancy for we do it a little different and start with you. We take the science of what we know and use it to fiercely listen and fight for the child inside and in front of you, and you don’t have to do it alone. We gather together, make mistakes, share our stories, care deeply and cheer each other home.
What does your head and heart know?
Five cohorts in, each one unique and magically special to the little community that they build. I love that they come from around the world and all have such depth and beauty to add. We teach people, not topics. We go rogue. We run wild. We get curious.
For mama, it is a welcome to my heart. Carved out in there is all the mamas and daddies and their little ones that have come before. When you come through the program, you are intimately fought for, genuinely loved, relentlessly believed in. Known and called by name.
September 2021 cohort, we are so excited to welcome you not only to the program but to the village.
We’ve been waiting for you. We are ready. ❤️✨
Let’s grow together. 🌱

2. “Upside down” - Làm ngược lại
A: What success did you achieve?
B: I don’t know if it matters to someone or not (tớ không biết điều này có quan trọng với ai không) but passing the entrance exam to university was a huge success for me.
https://basicenglishspeaking.com/daily-english-conversation-topics/
YouTube channel: Daily English Conversation
Talkenglish.com
…
Google search: từ đó + in a sentence.
I love youuu 💞

This isn't a commercial or sponsored video, it's a video I'm entering in a competition! I hope you'll like and support it 🥺
When I told my friend I was going to shoot a video about Taiwan tea, they told me "OMG boring!" When I said, "But I'm going to Taitung to shoot it!" they said "even MORE boring!" I was originally going to ask for some advice about how to shoot it... However after our conversation I realized this would be quite a challenge!
After experiencing everything myself I learned a lot (like how green tea, oolong tea, and black tea are from the same plant and leaves?!), and realized it was a great topic to begin with!

FINALLY! The highly requested overnight heatless waves tutorial ??♀️ This is literally life-changing; I haven't touched my curling wand since I started doing this and am so excited to finally share my voluminous curly hair tutorial with you all! I initially saw the robe belt method from Marcela Tumas https://youtu.be/dS9FWzJUEtE and after 5 tries (tweaking it as I went along) I finally perfected it. So here are some of my tips on how to get big loose waves using no heat. Enjoy!

Ok I know it took me 1000000 years to finally upload this but life has been really crazy for the past month ?
Some notes: I do this on dry hair! Not damp or wet. Also, you can tie a scarf around your head if you're scared it'll move while you're sleeping but I would only recommend this if absolutely necessary; it does reduce volume and I like big waves ?
How are you all holding up? I think I'd be fine if I could go to the gym but staying inside my apartment all day is making me feel really sluggish ? I hope you're all staying safe and healthy though!
Recently, I've been baking to relieve stress but it's actually becoming a problem ? my fridge is full of waffles, mochi, banana bread, and probably apple cobbler by tomorrow if I'm feeling sad enough lol...and I can't even give any of these to my friends anymore bc nobody's leaving the house!! I really am gonna be rolling out of quarantine huh ?
I'll probably film a chit chat GRWM soon! Please leave questions or topics you want me to talk about in the comments so it feels more like a conversation LOL I'm going insane ?
♡ xo
